Administration and Planning is the department of PWA responsible for the co-ordination of various departments of the association and knits them to work for the welfare of patients. ANP is also responsible to hold fund raising campaigns around the year so that the working of different departments of PWA remain unaffected. In this regard ANP holds an annual bake sale, which is a Mela arranged in the vicinity of Civil Hospital. The bake sale is the major fund raiser event. Last year’s collection in the Bake Sale was over a million

Apart from Bake Sale around the year school campaigns are organized by ANP. For this purpose , a city wide campaign is carried out in various schools. The Students help generously the needy patients of Civil Hospital Karachi, well co-operated by the teachers and management of the schools.

ANP is also responsible to contact our generous donors who have lost contact with PWA and pursue them to render a helping hand so that PWA’s ship sails smoothly.

Last words for praise of ANP are that it’s the captain of the ship, PWA needs ANP and ANP needs all the rest.
