It is One of the main Department of PWA.
BASIC PURPOSE OF ITS EXISTENCE

Records and Registration Department is actually the back-bone of Patients Welfare Association. Because this Department is responsible for maintaining the over all working of various departments of PWA in the record form.

WORKING
Records and Registration keeps the records in the form of reports of every month separately.
Such as:

1 - Blood Bank Reports: including Input, Output, FFP/platelets and Screening Reports.
2 - Drug Bank Reports.
3 - Diagnostic Lab Reports: including,
(i ) Biochemistry Report.(ii ) Hematology Report.
